International Convention Centre, Hall 6
Care Expo Sydney is being held at the International Convention Centre, Hall 6 (On Level 4). The venue is located on Darling Drive in Darling Harbour, adjacent to the Sydney CBD.
Venue Information:
The International Convention Centre has entrance on both the harbour side and Darling Drive side. Entrance can also be gained via access from the cark park, via one of the many lifts.
This venue provides step-free access to the exhibition hall, there are lowered counters at key retail/service points and wheelchair and ambulant accessible restrooms. Find out about all the inclusive facilities here.
Venue Services:
A reminder to our Care Expo Sydney patrons that ICC Sydney is a cashless venue. The venue accepts payment via eftpos only for all services including food and beverage kiosks and cafes, parking and merchandise outlets.
Major credit cards, debit cards and mobile/watch pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) are accepted. The venue does not accept Alipay or Wechat pay.
Parking at the International Convention Centre:
ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces. Parking spaces can be accessed off Darling Drive. There is also adjacent parking at the Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.
Designated accessible car parking spaces are available at the ICC, as well as lift access from car parks. Car park vehicle entry heights is 2.2m, and unfortunately you can not prebook parking at this time.
Per vehicle car parking rates start at $20.00 for up to 1 hour, $30.00 for up to 1-2 hours, $40.00 for 2-3 hours, $45.00 for 3-4 hours. Over 4 hours is $50.00 and the parking day resets at 4am. To ensure the best event experience possible, please arrive early to your event and simply tap with the same credit card on entry and exit to beat the queues!

Sydney Accommodation
Sydney offers a wide range of international standard accommodation.
The city has more than 42,000 hotel rooms with leading five-star hotels to serviced apartments to bed and breakfast accommodation options. There are four major hotels located adjacent to the Centre – The Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, The Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour, The Ibis Sydney Darling Habour, Aiden Hotel Darling Harbour, The Oaks Sydney Goldsborough Suites and The Novotel Sydney Darling Square.
Transport NSW Information (Public Transport):
Public transport in NSW utilises the Opal Card, which is available at locations across the City. There is no charge for an Opal card, however a minimum top up value of $20 for an adult card, or $10 for a child or concession card, applies at retailers or when using top up machines. Top up amounts of $10 for adult and $5 for child or concession are available when topping up online.
Contactless is another way to pay for your trip on the Opal network. You can tap on and tap off with a debit or credit card or a linked device, and get the same fare and travel benefits of an Adult Opal card. You can use a contactless enabled American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit/debit card or device linked to one of these cards.
Light Rail (Tram):
Utilising the L1 Sydney Light Rail line. The Convention Light Rail station is only a few minutes walk away from the International Convention Centre. This service starts at Central Station (Grand Concourse) and you alight at the Convention or Exhibition Centre stops. If you are travelling from the western suburbs, the L1 service starts at Dulwich Hill. The approximate travelling time for this service from Dulwich Hill is 26 mins.
Train:
Sydney Town Hall station is a short 15 minute walk to the International Convention Centre. When departing take exit 4 (Cathedral) onto Bathurst Street or exit 5 (Town Hall) onto Druitt Street which both have stairs. Alternatively use the elevator in the centre of each platform and then use the elevator to go to exit 2 (George Street (East)).

Ferry:
The Darling Harbour Wharf (Stop ID 2000270) is serviced by the City to Shark Island (CCSH) and City Taronga Zoo (CCTZ) . Travelling time is approximately 15 minutes via the Pyrmont Bridge to the International Convention Centre.
The Pyrmont Bay Wharf, Pyrmont is service F4 and travels to and from Circular Quay via Bangaroo, Balmain East, McMahons Point and Milsons Point.
Water Taxi:
Their are a number of water taxi’s that service the Darling Harbour area. Some services available in Sydney are: Majestic Water Taxis, VIP Water Taxis, H20 Water Taxis, Fantasea Water Taxis, Water Taxis Cambined and Water Taxi Sydney.
Bus:
ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 (Bondi Junction to Pyrmont) and 501 (Parramatta to Central Pitt St via Victoria Rd & Pyrmont) stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 15 minute walk from ICC Sydney.
Taxi:
There is a taxi rank located on the eastern side of Murray Street (North of Bunn Street) in Pyrmont and also on the Western Side of Harbour Street (North of Liverpool Street) in Darling Harbour. Some services available in Sydney are: Silver Taxi Sydney, Sydney Taxi, 13Cabs, Silver Taxi Service Sydney, Black & White Cabs, Maxi Cabs Sydney, Sydney Maxi Service, Bling Bling Maxi Mini Bus and HP Taxi.
