Getting to the Event

Care Expo Sydney, International Convention Centre, Hall 1 (via level 2)

Care Expo Sydney is being held at the International Convention Centre, Hall 1 (via level 2). The venue is located on Darling Drive in Darling Harbour.

  • Access Care Expo Sydney from the ground floor via the Double Escalator at the main entry or alternatively take a lift to the Level 2 concourse.
  • Proceed to Level 1 via Lift or Escalator (beside the registration desk).

Venue Information

Parking

The ICC has entrances on both the Harbour and Darling Drive sides, with access from the car park via lift 12. The venue is fully accessible, offering step-free entry, lowered counters, and accessible restrooms. ICC Sydney is cashless, accepting only eftpos payments at food kiosks, cafes, parking, and merchandise outlets. Find out about all the inclusive facilities here.

ICC Sydney offers two 24-hour car parks with 826 spaces, including 11 accessible bays, 25 motorcycle spaces, 50 bike racks, and 20 electric vehicle charging stations. Parking is available off Darling Drive, with additional spaces at  Harbourside Car Park (100 Murray Street, Pyrmont).

Accessible parking and lift access are available. Vehicle height limit is 2.2m. Pre-booking is not available.

Parking rates:

  • $20 for up to 1 hour
  • $30 for 1-2 hours
  • $40 for 2-3 hours
  • $45 for 3-4 hours
  • $50 for over 4 hours (reset at 4am)

Car Park Access to Hall 1 (Via Level 2)

  • Access via Lift 12 (adjacent to the disabled parking bays).
  • Use Lift 12 to go to Level 2.

Pre-Registered patrons can scan their passes and enter the event.

Public Transport

Public transport uses the Opal Card, available at various locations. While the card itself is free, a minimum top-up of $20 (adult) or $10 (child/concession) applies at retailers or top-up machines. Online top-ups are $10 (adult) or $5 (child/concession).

Bus
ICC Sydney is close to bus stops served by routes 389 (Bondi Junction to Pyrmont) and 501 (Parramatta to Central Pitt St via Victoria Rd & Pyrmont), about a 15 minute walk away at Harris Street near Allen Street 
Light Rail (Tram)

The Convention Light Rail station is a short walk from ICC Sydney. The L1 Sydney Light Rail line runs from Central Station (Grand Concourse) to the Convention or Exhibition Centre stops. The journey from Dulwich Hill takes about 26 minutes.

Train

Sydney Town Hall station is a 15-minute walk to ICC Sydney. Use Exit 4 (Cathedral) or Exit 5 (Town Hall), both of which have stairs. Alternatively, take the elevator to Exit 2 (George Street East).

Water Taxi

Several water taxi services operate in Darling Harbour, including Majestic Water TaxisVIP Water TaxisH20 Water Taxis, Fantasea Water TaxisWater Taxis Combined and Water Taxi Sydney.

Ferry

Darling Harbour Wharf (Stop ID 2000270) connects to City to Shark Island (CCSH) and City Taronga Zoo (CCTZ). Travel time is around 15 minutes to ICC Sydney.

Pyrmont Bay Wharf (F4 service) travels to Circular Quay, stopping at Barangaroo, Balmain East, McMahons Point, and Milsons Point.
