Is there a list of exhibitors?
Yes. A list will be available within the official Event Guide (handed out at entry) as well as online prior to the event.
What are the opening hours?
The event is open during the following hours:
Friday 10th November 2023 – 9:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday 11th November 2023 – 9:00am – 4:00pm
Where can I park at the event?
Vehicle parking is available at International Convention Centre (ICC) and is located at 14 Darling Drive, Sydney NSW 2000. Parking fees apply.
The Maximum vehicle height is 2.2m.
ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 30 electric car charge spaces.
The two car park facilities are located within the Exhibition Centre (Car Park 1) and Aware Super Theatre (Car Park 2).

How can I get to the event by Public Transport?
Public Transport is available to the event by Light Rail (Tram), Train, Bus, Ferry, Water Taxi, Ride Share and Taxi all withinan easy traverse to the venue.

Cashless Venue
The International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney is a cashless venue. They accept payment via eftpos only for all services including food and beverage kiosks and cafes, parking and merchandise outlets.
Major credit cards, debit cards and mobile/watch pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) are accepted. The venue does not accept Alipay or Wechat Pay.
Do I need to wear a mask at the event?
We recommend that all attendees carry a face mask with them to the event and wear them when social distancing cannot be maintained. Please note, the venue may request that all patrons wear a mask while within the event precinct.
If public health mandates change in Sydney or for New South Wales, we will endeavour to update this page with new information. Please check back prior to attending the event.
Is there an entry fee?
No. You will need to register for a free pass to attend and it will give you express entry to the event.

How do I know when the speaker’s program is on?
All official speaker times will be available within the offical and Event Guide as well as online.

Is there food available at the event?
Yes, there is a variety of different food options, along with hot and cold beverages available at the event. For locations, please check your event guide when you enter Care Expo Sydney.
How do I get a copy of the Event Guide?
The official event guide will be available at the event entrance and will also be available online the week prior to the expo.
Can I smoke at the event?
No. Smoking and using e-cigarettes are banned in all enclosed public areas including inside the event precinct.
ICC Sydney and Aware Super Theatre are non-smoking venues and smoking within these venues is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Smoking must be 10 metres away from the Venue.
Are pets allowed at the event?
No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (excepting registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs). For details on conditions of entry, click here.
Venue Facilties
Toilets:
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including right and left handed accessible toilets.
Parents Room:
Accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area are avilable. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Convention Centre: ground floor and level two
- Exhibition Centre: level two
If you require assistance locating a parenting room while at the venue, please visit any customer service desk or ask one of our friendly ICC team members.
Cloak Room:
ICC Sydney offers complimentary cloaking to all guests to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre. It is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.
First Aid Room:
ICC Sydney has First Aid rooms located in all buildings. which are operational during events:
- Convention Centre: level one located to the right of the administration entry.
- Exhibition Centre: level two located to the left of the customer service desk.
Lost Property:
All lost property is held at the Customer Service Desk, level 2 during an event. After an event all lost property will be located in our security office. Please contact the venue for assistance.

Medical Conditions
If you are attending an event at ICC Sydney and have a medical condition that requires you to carry medication (eg. EpiPens or insulin pens) please let security know that you have these items with you upon arrival.
